MathSearch

The MathSearch project was carried out together with Jacobs University, Bremen.  Its aim was to develop methods and tools to semantically analyze and search mathematical formulas in order to improve the indexing quality in zbMATH and to enhance and improve the retrieval possibilities for users.

In September 2013, a prototypical formula search based on zbMATH data was released and tested. It is available to zbMATH users as an additional search feature of the new retrieval interface.
