Curriculum Vitae and Publications of Maxence Azzouz-Thuderoz

Maxence Azzouz-Thuderoz is a scientist at swMATH and has been a doctoral researcher since July 2022. His research interests cover the area of open-source research software and related AI topics. He is interested in researching software recommendations, software citations, software entity recognition, version code systems, and neural code search. He is involved in the FAIRCORE4EOSC project, which is part of the Horizon European program. This project aims to develop a set of components to help build a FAIR research ecosystem. As part of the swMATH team at the Department of Mathematics, he develops features to make mathematical software a connected resource in the Open Science ecosystem. This project will help to create research software developed by mathematicians and referenced by swMATH reliable entities that comply with the FAIR principles. Also, he looks forward to demonstrating how these FAIRCORE4EOSC components can be helpful for mathematicians in their research. He has been a Software Heritage Ambassador since 2023.  He graduated with a Master's degree in Econometrics from Aix-Marseille University in 2016 and worked for six years as a Data Scientist in industry in France.
