New commentary on Creative Commons licenses

Prof. Dr. Boehm and attorney Fabian Rack, together with other authors, comment on the license text of the Creative Commons Public License (CCPL) for the first time. Creative Commons licenses have been in use for around 20 years and have established themselves worldwide as a free licensing model. They enable creative people to make copyrighted material available for use by the general public under certain conditions. The book thus makes an important contribution to legal practice with Creative Commons licenses and offers the first comprehensive legal analysis of the licensing model.
